The Planetary Health Pluriversity is a local government-led learning environment developed with the community to meet its needs.
Its goal is to grow a pluralist society in which innovation and solutions for planetary health emerge from the transdisciplinary and cross-cultural connections that occur when you hear from many voices in many ways.
The Pluriversity’s program spans a range of activities to accelerate research and learning for planetary health: from permaculture and peace studies, to social enterprise design, nature-based learning, bushcare, solutions journalism and disaster risk reduction. Hands on learning in all these areas occurs at the Planetary Health Centre’s demonstration site in Katoomba.
