In this hands-on workshop led by Ecologist Dr Amelie Vanderstock, and Lis Bastian, Senior Lead Blue Mountains Planetary Health Initiative (and co-founder of the Blue Mountains Permaculture Institute), you’ll be introduced to the many ways you can help your veggies survive the coming El Nino summer … and even be able to leave them if you have a holiday!  
You’ll also experience the power of collaboration as you build a wicking bed together for the Planetary Health Water Demonstration site.
