BMCC – Front of House Attendant

The Front of House Attendant will work within the Visitor Services team to ensure the effective operations of the reception counter and Cultural Centre Shop. 

You will be the first point of call for visitors to the Cultural Centre, will administer ticket sales and process purchases from the Shop; therefore the successful applicant will be highly skilled in multi-tasking and have exceptional customer service skills.

The ability to confidently work with limited supervision in a busy environment is essential.    

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have experience working with a diverse range of clients. Together with a friendly and dynamic personality, the Front-of-House Attendant will maintain the highest levels of professionalism.  

Experience in retail and cash register skills are essential.

Salary:  commencing at $1215.98 gross per fortnight.
