Ingredients

cauliflower

onion, finely chopped

tsps
veggie stock powder in 2 cups water
1
cup
milk or alternative
½
cup
cream or alternative
salt and pepper

tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
Coat the cauliflower with oil and bake at 180C for 40 minutes; then 140C for another 10.
Fry onion, add to cauliflower with all other ingredients and blend
Serve with crusty rye bread
