We have a wide range of fruits and vegetables\, organic and chemical free\, meats\, breads and cheeses\, olive oils and local wines\, nuts and honey\, free range eggs\, spices and condiments\, plants and seedlings\, a wide range of baked goods\, gluten free and vegan options available. \n​We pride ourselves on giving our local and regional farmers a platform to sell directly from the farm to the public. We sell in season fruits and vegetables; this means we give our customers the option to buy some of the freshest veggies available. \n​Our belief\, is that there are more sustainable and healthier alternatives to big supermarkets and mass produced products. DESCRIPTION:Cast aside your responsibilities and busy schedules for 2 hours once a month and join Krystal for Art Expression.   \nEach session will provide an opportunity for your inner dreamer and tender heart to be brought to life in a safe and open minded atmosphere.   \nAfter learning some fun and dramatic techniques including splattering\, pen and ink\, masking\, salting\, bubbles\, charcoals\, cling wrapping and more\, you will be given a new prompt to inspire your art expression.  \nKrystal works mostly in watercolour and lessons will be based on this medium. \n Materials will be provided but if you have any of your own please feel free to bring them along. \nPlease register for the class online at least 24 hrs before the start time.
