We are delighted to extend an invitation to you to join the annual Winemakers Dinner held on the eve of the Wines of the West Festival weekend.
Join us as we celebrate the artistry and craftsmanship of winemaking where you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with two leading winemakers, Walter Wines and Petersons of Mudgee, from the Central West region of NSW. They will guide you through a curated selection of their finest wines expertly paired with a multi-course menu designed to enhance the flavours and notes of each wine.
Throughout the evening you will have the chance to learn about the winemaking process, the unique characteristics of each wine and the stories behind the Vineyards. This is a rare opportunity to gain insights directly from the winemakers themselves as they share their passion and expertise with you.
