Stories of Courage , Resilience and Survival . The series explores the power of the human spirit by looking into the lives of four extraordinary individuals. Upcoming Stories in this Series:
Sunday May 24: Ana Paula Ruiz: Ana had a rare lung disease that gave her only 16 per cent lung capacity. She had to undergo a dramatic lung transplant that transformed her life.
Sunday September 27: Sarah Jane Staszak: Sarah Jane woke from regulation back surgery to find herself a quadriplegic. She has overcome the devastation and anger of that accident to rediscover her love of skiing and adventure.
Sunday November 29: Vicki McAuley: Vicki’s husband Andrew died within sight of New Zealand attempting to be the first person to cross the Tasman Sea in a kayak. Vicki and son Finlay watched the disaster unfold and have found the resilience to carry on and live the adventurous life Andrew inspired.
